Simple Online Games?

I'm home sick and tired of looking through YahooGames for more lame games involving matching things before some kind of timer runs out.

I'm not looking for any complex online Halo2 wanna be... just a simple two player game.

Like Backgammon or a Card game but new and interesting. Something with Java or something?

www.miniclip.com has a load of semi-random flash games, ranging from a first person shooter where your mouse is the aimer to a game were you have to drag blocks together to make them disappear to a volley-ball game where if you get to level 5 you unlock "topless mode" but i got bored at level 3

I recommend that you never play those games and I will give you two very good reasons.

1: There is no money in it. Face it, we are all capitalists, just varying degrees, so if you are going to play an online game, you might as well make some money off of it.

2: It is not addicting. Things that are online should be addicting, the Internet provides us a place where we can be someone else and we should get addicted to that role because reality sucks. That is why I love most MMORPGs.

Okay, so they are not that good, but they work for me.

and finally the one that got me hooked for a while: gunbound , a really cute platform shooting game
you need to download the game and also the game guard plugin though.
