Question about Florida beach laws

Hey I'm going to be cruzin down to florida on my vaca next month... I did some glow poi last time.. but I was wondering if anyone knows about the laws with fire on the beaches...

I know people do fireworks.. (donno if thats legal or not either) but I would like to do some fire poi this year..

I'm on the beach right near clearwater I guess is the city.. Something sands or whatever.. a bunch of condos

you should just go to clearwater beach.. i try to make it down there almost every weekend to spin and the cops don't have a problem with the fire..

they've even been known to stop and watch
