So my friend and I jointly polished off three bottles of wine last night. Not such a bright move, it turns out. I haven't thrown up because of alcohol in *years*. And in spite of coming home and downing a liter of gatorade in small sips, I now have the mother of all headaches, which I'm attempting to attack with ibuprofen and caffeine, with limited success.

I'm a veggie and I have no idea what a fry up is. Noddy, aren't you like 16? What do you know about hangovers, hmmm???  Anyway, it's mostly gone now. Amazing what a shower and shave does.

Berocca is a god send when your hung over! helps replace the vitamin B that you managed to strip outta your body last night.
I used to drink every thurs, frid, sat, sun and I know all about hangovers.

hee hee fry up has got to be one of the nicest (though most dangerous cardic arrest wises) way to start the day a classic is fried eggs " sausage " bacon " black pudding (yes i do i eat it and it is niceee) " bread " tomato " mushroom toast and coffee (preferably with about 10 ~ 12 suagars) and as aimée said - only 1.5? yesh

Well the hangover went away with some fluids, a shower, and a good, hard swim.
