One day ahead the great party - which happened right in the yard of my new accommodation - I was getting severe lower back pain (again) and was paralysed for 24 hrs... (which somehow scared me for a few hours)
So I took my tennisball-poi, stuck them into a sock and knotted it, layed down with my spine and inflicted a nice massage, acupressure on my back... which - essentially - saved me and got me out of bed again (much of the backache is related to muscular tension)...

my poi even more, they are a great toy and tool...

Anybody else got ways to alternatively use theirs?
