Mile High Club?? Not!!!

Hey everyone!
Two days ago I entered Whipping Boy and I into
a radio contest called "Screw Over Your Ex". The idea
was to tell about how bad your ex is. The woman with
the worst ex and the nicest new man won a free trip in
an airplane over the house of the
ex so that she could literally screw while being over
her ex (the joke being it would've been easier to
screw in a little sports car!). I got
a call at 5:30 in the morning this morning that I had won! (I knew
those spermdonor stories would come in handy someday!) 2 hours later we were taking off in the tiniest plane!
It was great! We had so much fun! Darren (the radio
rep who went with us) puked in the plane (in a bag). I laughed my
way through the ride. It was just alot of fun.
Whipping Boy has always said he wanted to fly and since I
really couldn't afford to get him anything nice for
Valentine's Day, I really wanted this.
I even got to call my ex a "gutless spermdonor" on the air!
Anyway, I thought you all might like to see the

Oh, and don't listen to the captions. It's all

So, Pele, you didn't actually get to eat ice cream over your ex's house?

LOL...there was no room for ice cream! Not that I would've with the pilot and the radio rep taking pictures anyway, on second thought..hmmm...nah I wouldn't have!
...and I have no idea where my icky ex lives, though I pointed out a different ex's house.
It was a great adventure though. And the wretching noises were really romantic! LOL
I am still all giddy from it!

And isn't it nice to know that of the hundreds of women who entered, I have the worst ex? At least he is an ex!

I had a lot of fun. We got to fly in a plane, then I got to eat breakfast with Pele. We had a good morning.

Oh Pele, I did some checking and we were in a plane called a Cessna. I think we were cruising about 2500 feet. Not 250. LOL.
Still a bit shy of the Mile-High though.

I never had a good experience in a cessena. Every single breeze makes them bounce all over the sky. Yuck.

Thats a cool contest to win, though.

I have some pretty good insane ex-gf stories, but I don't know how they'd play over the radio.

Hey PWB...I was just going by what you said!

Raph...I gave them highlights and that was enough. There were waaaay too many stories to recount, and most of them were prolly not air friendly either! It is a sinking boat we get into, isn't it? LOL PWB has a great psycho ex story. Hmmm....maybe we should share to see what kind of idiots we spinny people attract! LOL

It would be scary bunch of tales I'm sure.

So who wants to start “worst relationship” on Valentine’s day anyway? It’s my first Valentine’s day since being a Valentine (literally).

Two years ago I discovered poi when the relationship and I were living in Holland. Some traveling friends we worked with introduced my sister and I to poi while she was visiting. My relationship never developed a relationship with poi. In fact it was rather adverse to poi. (hmmmm… scared???)

I got to know poi spinning with my sister upon our return to America 10 months later. She and I were getting rather good and took to spinning in the clubs back in our home state of corn and hogs. We would arrive early, before the Latin dance lessons started, and occupy the dance floor with our brightly colored flag poi. Then we put them away and lit up the dance floor - or my sis did and I would copy her!

And somewhere, the relationship was trying to hang on and learn all the moves, laboriously.

And we (the relationship and I) were off again to sunny beaches (thank god we made it back to a place without snow again… I’m sorry, I wasn’t made for it). New job… new friends… new hobbies… but… where did the poi go? Where did the relationship go???

Literally…. and figuratively… in the fabric of life… revolving around and through all creativity… although that was “never the case” - if you know what I mean.

Aggggggk… if you ever lived in the Netherlands imagine the sound I am making…

It has been a while since all that. Not all that long, I guess, but long enough to see, literally and figuratively, the world smiling down on me for making my decision.

Did anyone else notice that they miss spelled her name?

The Ex I won for was a real pip. I actually only told two stories about him to win, when I could've gone on and on.
The first one is really more of a two parter. I got pregnant with him 3 times. THe first two I was beaten up by him so badly (which wasn't uncommon, btw) that it killed the fetus but I wouldn't miscarry so I ended up having to have surgical proceedures to take care it. The 3rd pregnancy was odd in it's own right (I only gained 8 pounds and never showed) and when I gave birth to my son, Spermdonor (as I refer to him as) showed up with adoption papers and a lawyer. Being emotionally and hormonally charged I whipped the water pitcher at him, at which point he had the lawyer tell the hospital social services I was unfit to be a mother and to not let me near my son. It was 6 days before I got to hold my child, and I had to have references (I used to be a nanny) and my parents there for them to release Noah to me.
When I left SD that weekend, I found a bunch of my stuff missing. He had been hocking my belongings and using it to fuel his drug/alcohol addictions, as well as all the other women he was dating (including another apartment I didn't know he had) while I was supporting his sorry arse.
He hed me fully believing I was fat, ugly and stupid (and is very much like my father in that respect). I still battle that everyday, though I KNOW I am not stupid any more!
When I left I also found out that he had been in prison for 2 1/2 years on a non-violent offense. Never found out what it was but that was a real eye opener.
All this, and more, in only 2 1/2 years! (19 to 21 1/2)

Man was I stupid!

As a tip to the single guys, find women like Pele. Her ex was so bad she'll think anyone's great. Even me!
All I have to do is show up, not hurt her, and she thinks I'm the greatest.
