London Poi in the Park - November 1st Special Guests

Autumn is well and truly here and winter is approaching rapidly. And so PiP shall hibernate until next year.

But not without one last spin on a winter's day! On November 1st we have some special guests in town:
Cassandra - Exquisitely beautiful dancer and world famous French Frog
Shibaki - Barefooted extraordinaire from Florida
PK - Pierced wonder and founder of PiP
Nat - The spinning angel with a killer smile

So to celebrate we're going to hope the sun shines and have a PiP!

Thanks to everyone who made it down to PiP this year, espically you hardcore spinners who were there come rain, wind and cold! It's been a wicked summer!

Hurrah for summer spinning, I won't be along every week alas as I have a busy June and July but look forward to the next big gathering.

Going to be in the common this Sat. to watch cinema on the common. Actually the films are dire but there was a good atmosphere last year when Moulin Rouge played so going along to meet friends, enjoy some beers on the common and spin poi.

Sounds like a great idea to me.

Yep, we're greedy!
It's going to be sunny on Sunday, so if you fancy some sunshine and spinning (or somewhere sunny to read your new Harry Potter book) then come to Clapham Common.

As many people are going to be away at Glastonbury, there will most likely be few people at Clapham on Sunday.

So next big meet will be July 6th. Anyone got any drummer friends that would like to join our circle of fire? A lovely lady friend of mine Sydney who goes to some of the fire meets there was saying how when they have fire sessions there are always lots of drummers, it would be nice if we had some beats to accompany us - drumming & fire are very very nice indeed.

erm, i no ive neva been so maybe i cant comment, but whats the big deal bout glasto? at reading you camp for free, same atmosphere, just no music, but ive got reading ticket!

I think I will be but I never make any promises as to what I'll be doing on a sunday..

.. most sundays are just spent figuring out how I got to wherever I woke up and how I'm going to get home
