I always figured it was just about impossible to do, but if it was done it would be incredibly cool to see...and it is. It's only doing bounce juggling but man, soooo cool.

Any thoughts on where this could lead to next? Possibly a robot that can pull off a 9 ball mills mess? Maybe it could do everything that little juggling simulator can do?
Who knows where this could take us ^.^'
I'm hoping for thoughts and discussion on this, if none come up, I think it could be moved to social chat.

I think simulators are just fine for doing near on impossible patterns at the moment. I know i'd rather spend the time learning 5b mills rather than spending the time watching or inventing a robot {to} do it. When you watch someone doing 5b mills you react not only to the pattern but the amount of time that person took to learn it, and depnding on how good they are rcovering from bad throws!!

Nice idea, but as the gandinis have shown us in bouncing in paris, it's much better watching a person doing a pattern that a computer. Computers don't give much feedback, even if they can do the pattern perfectly.

random juggling is a fun simulation, but people are predisposed to harmonic patterns and find it quite hard.

There is a robot which can juggle 3 balls. thrown not bounce
using visual feedback
it can also catch a ball that is thrown to it by a person !!!
and it can do devilsticking with a flowerstick,
and balance a stick
I have videos somewhere they are online.

I wonder what the robots speed is, could it catch a 100+ mile an hour fast ball?
