European Juggling Convention 8/16th august

Hello everybody

I checked the dates and location of next summer's European Juggling Convention. FYI it is to be held in Bremen (North Germany)from August 8th till august 16th.
I know I'll be there and so will NYC and Bassmann and hopefully Xochidance. But who else intends to go there ?

I know it is early in the year to say for sure, but I do think it is good to save some $$ cause it sure is well worth the money.

the price for inscription (incl access to camping) is 75 Euros.

Anyway, I surely hope there will be many of us and we can all meet and firedance together

i`m fully planning on exploring over there - i did xanten`s celebratory 6`th centenery town parade in the north of germany just before xmas and really loved it over there
i`m getting my bike on the road soon so i`m planning on exploring some - maybe grab cassandra on our way thru` france ? - just an idea...

Although I'd prefer a hotel room with a butler, I'll probably be camping I'm not sure who's going from here, but we should all try to co-ordinate camping together somehow. Whomever gets there first needs to pick a cosy spot with enough room.

I'll be flying into Bremen, probably on the Saturday. Except for short hops down the road I don't do buses, physically can't.

As for weather, I can't find August averages for Bremen, but can for Hamburg an Hannover which are near. Average Max temp is 22C, minimum is 12C. Sunrise at about 6, sunset at 9.

It does seem pretty interesting. I may have to drop by and see for myself. No personal experience juggling, but I guess one of the purposes of these things is to learn. I, too, will probably have to stray on the 10th for the Zurich Street Parade, but would definitely like to meet some of you before I do.

Juggling and poi and staff and toys and games and contact juggling and fire and dropping things and general having fun with your friends and dancing and anything fun convention

You dont have to be into the throwy droppy kind of juggling to go.

Oh and by the way !! I am with Glass about getting teh relay gear to the EJC... I did not even actually spin with it at PIP in London and it'll be such a good opportunity

Who's going to arrive to the convention on the 8th ? i'll be taking teh bus from Paris on the 7th around 19:00 and arriving in Bremen early morning on the 8th ... anyone else want to have breakfast with me that day
