Clapham Common Meets 2008/2009

Hi,
For those that aren't aware the Clapham Common meets were a monthly meet up....on the common, kind of says it all really.
Well they were some of the best meets for me, and it seems no one has mentioned it starting up again this year, hardly even last year either.
And so I'm starting this thread mainly to see who is interested in bringing this great event back. It used to be every second Sunday, and I see no reason why that should change. If there is great interest, I propose the first meet to be the 25th May 2008, keeping to the Sunday idea of things. The date I have put up is ONLY a suggestion, but I can't make an Events thread without putting a date on it, so this is not a definate date, and will only become one if interest is enough
And so, the question is put to you guys? Who interested??
Also does have anyone have Dixie's contact number? He ran it last time and would like to get in contact with him
Thanks for reading <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hug.gif" alt="" />

Ooooo cool. I won't be a regular, but they're a nice way to spend a sunny sunday, good call Don't think I'll be able to make the 25th though.

it'd be cool if these were monthly instead.. Dixie's unlikely to be able to organise it, from what I hear he's up a creek without a paddle... I have his number tho Will, I can PM it to you

It would be a sunday, most likely once a month whle the weather is nice. I'm going to propose that the first one be the 9th May. I'd like to make it end of April but think that might be too soon for people.
So 9th May anyone??

Assuming travel is easy on the old public transport, the weekend of 16th/17th would be good for me.

That was the weekend I was going to suggest, Sunday 17th I put forward, I shall set up a Facebook event page since most people will probably check that more than this!
