Buying new LED sock poi, but....

Quick question. I have been a good boy cleaning the house and working for money. im up to two hundred dollars. Now, my question starts. Theres a pair of LED Rainbow sock poi. The picture shows red and yellow poi, im wondering, does the rainbow sock poi change color? it goes through the colors of the rainbow, correct? thanks for answers.

theres a girl i know who has the rainbow LEDs on a chain, and they change colours. I assume they would do the same?
