Birth of a lovely parisian community

hello beautiful people

after feeling rather lonely for a year and a half almost, not particularly fond of the few spinners i had met in paris and the lack of warmth there, I have to say : YAY

coming back to paris for two weeks and meeting again with raphael 96; nathalie, fred, franck, isa, Lilly, etc ... has made my heart glow

on top of that we had a special guest star : Glass and a parisian kid back home after 5 years of bostonism : we you Nomad, even though i am but a b+ to you

I can officially say that visiting Paris for any HoPer now will be fun fire wise which makes me so happy and though I am off to travel for 6 more months it is a very good reason to come home after travels which is beautiful

I am very happy that i got here right when the weather started to warm up and some people have started to get together more. It could indeed be a lovely community and i'm glad to bring my Northeast (US) style to Paris!

Thanks again Cassandra for bringing us together before leaving for the rest of your adventures.

Do you still have the slightly scary people that spin by the river though. Parisian spinning just wouldn't be the same without the imminent threat of a stabbing to keep you on your toes.

Cantus, no, we have simply moved to a better location and are having fun with a great view... So sorry you had to go through this and imagine, it hs been MUCH WORSE on other nights, ask NYC

Now everything is fluffy nd happy and yumm

hopefully if everything goes well Glass will put togetehr a little "best of" of the three days he spent with all of us in Pari ?

witch day is your meeting ? where it is ?
etc etc..

I ve pass long time on internet.. and i ve meet lot of french people in paris doing Poi but not specially speeking english and don't come on HOP...


But maybe can we make a big rassemblement of all poi people in Paris ?? with a place and a day every week for exemple...

I'm still on HoP every now and then, but my weekends are pretty booked. I have competitions every weekend until mid july.

I have not met with anyone for the past 2 weeks coz i sprained my ankle trying to get on a unicycle... I'll stick to poi and staff in the future.

Because of the highly unpredictable weather and everyone's busy schedule, there isn't a set day for meeting. Maybe in the summer it'll be more doable.
