Baby and fumes?

Hey I dont know If I am putting this into the right area but I have some very important questions...

How do the fumes from fire hurt an unborn baby?

and If I smell it is that harming the baby?

I have stopped playing with fire, but I am still going to fire gatherings. Do you think I should stop because of the fumes?

I wasn't at all indicating that you should have durbsed, gorgeous! It's not something you'd assume would be a common subject on HoP And, it's perfectly natural for you to want to air your concern/excitement with the community that loves you.

Finn did loads of research into the toxicity of fumes at that time, but like she said in the post I linked to - Pele performed with fire during her pregnancy with no ill effect... so, it's up to you. I'm sure if you ask your obgyn they'd tell you to keep away from all fumes, but that's probably because they don't have a huge amount of knowledge on the subject and therefore provide the safest medicolegal response.
