Burn it off? Shave it off? Screw wraps they suck!

Mechanics Kevlar arm sleeves Or just take it like man/meg - accurate wraps limit hair loss to specific bits of your arms. Or wear long-sleeve cotton tops. Or don't do arm wraps with fire

Vaseline... However I don't mind the singing / as long as it doesn't get much deeper than that / I usually deem myself lucky (or semi-professional) but boring...

just singe - what's the point of arm hair anyway - it does nothing to keep you warm!

As a girl...and therefore generally sociatally more accepted to be somewhat hairless, I don't really care when I singe arms or legs. Get near my head though and I'll panic like nobody's buisness. My hair is so loaded with chemicals at any given time, it probably lights easier than fuel. I'll also occasionally wear a head cover, but being the fantastically emo person I am...I never tuck my bangs back...so it's all really pointless.

Oh, I can't stand it when I singe my arm hair when spinning fire. It makes me feel like such a failure as a human being. So to avoid that, I just burn it off with a lighter beforehand.

You're actually shaving your arms, pounce? How's that go together with your wrist-piercings? Wouldn't singeing be much faster and more easy?

I clipped one of my arms, and, much to my disgust, no amount of washing seeming to get the smell totally out. Well, I could smell it. So, in desperation, then next morning, I shaved my arms. I've been doing it ever since. I just like the feeling of it.

okay, I get it pounce... know where you're coming from. I have the same just in a milder version. I shave, or better "mow" around half and full moon...
Often in a show I would use body fire, hold my arm into the flames (intended to show the audience that it's NOT that much of a big deal, but I get misunderstood EVERY time)...

I do an awful lot of wirst/shoulder/arm/elbow wraps and my arm hair is completely intact . . . Am I doing something wrong?

I body trace so.. meh arm hair. It burns off, I smell, it smells in the shower later... Luckily, usually my partner has also been body tracing so he can't complain about the smell.
