			not really, once you have your grip on I have used a sneaky trick once. put all the bits for the wicks (screws washers and kevlar) in pair of matching plastic bags then hang them on the ends to find your balance point. It should be around the middle. Thetrick is to use uniform parts and the same length of Kevlar for each wick.

alternatively just tape the kevlar on first and see how it feels, that's how I did someones triple wicked staff when i made one. the addition of a couple of screws shou]]>

			From my understanding of it one of the angel rolls pops up higher than the other.  You can basically angel roll one where just the bottom tip passes accross the shoulders, allowing plenty of space for the other to pass 'normally'.  Josh can sometimes get it with our juggling staffs.  I'd really love to learn it with our contact ones, but it appears to work only with relativly short staffs.  Really long ones will always crash :-(]]>

			yeah, practice first with a handwrap correction for the continuous ones in the beginning, and concentrate on minimizing all movement with the arms and moving the staff with small circles from the torso.  Later the handwraps can be removed and the transfer can be done with a small push at the wrists.]]>
