At this price, it's well worth buying a few spare. That way as you wear a set down, you can charge some replacements up. Or head out a large supply of charged batteries and charge them up when you get home. You'll never have to buy batteries again. Unless you forget to charge them. Then you'll just feel like a fool for not remembering to charge them up.
