Due to a rotator cuff surgery, I have a very tight shoulder.
Though my shoulder is strong enough for poi, it lacks a
flexibility aspect. These longer chains and the massive wick
not only helps going behind my back, but also help give my
shoulder a good stretch. I love this set! My number 1 choice
as of now.

The quality of these poi cannot be surpassed. They
are quite comfortable to use and very durable. Make
sure you have enough strength to swing these
guys...they are beastly :)
