| I had the chance to play with a fellow performers' staff, and absolutely fell in love with it. The length is perfect for me (I am 5 feet 5 inches) as well as the weight...it's just a little heavier than my current staff which allows me to keep up the momentum of spinning/contact moves. Love love love! |

This is actually the best contact staff I tried.
Very smooth at the edges and comfortable grip in the middle. The collapsible system is really cool.

| Bought this staff over the summer (it was my first staff!) and I am NOT disappointed! Lightweight, versatile, and just a joy to have! The staff is wonderfully engineered, you can't tell it's 3 pieces and it looks great when it's together. A friend of mine spins poi and after trying my staff she wants to get one for her collection! Add to all that the wonderful and fast service from HOP and it is a wonderful investment! Well done! |

I must admit, I was a little sceptical about a staff that screws apart. However, I needed a staff that could easily be taken on tour. I expected to have to correct in my swinging for balance issues. Boy was I wrong, the locking mechanism is great and the balance of the staff, just about perfect.
I feel safe handling the staff for contact moves as well as throwing. So yeah, need a firestaff to take with you. Buy this one and be amazed.
Kuddos to the quick delivery (I got it mailed to my work-adress and man did my colleaugues got curious. Maybe I'll show them my fiery side someday ;-) |

2 years ago I bought one of those and they were really good.
Just now, we bought another one for our fireshows and noticed: The staff improved. Much. They weight is way better and it seems to be safer than before due to the new fixing.

Just bought the 1520mm 3 piece contact staff.. and i love it to bits already. The shipping time was fantastic, and I'm so stoked I can play with it already.
The realization that I could dip both wicks at the same time is also a nice plus side and the fact that it breaks down means i take it with me anywhere.
The only thing though was the grip itself, and i prefer something a little more sticky, so i attached some tennis racket grip and it couldn't be any better now.
anyone whos thinking about buying one of these staffs should seriously think about it. |
