The Backyard Spinner's Guide to Fire taught me just about
everything I needed to know. It wasn't until I started really
watching the moves in this DVD that I understood how off some of
my close-to-the-body moves were in terms of the dangers
involved, and how easy it was to fix those errors. If I hadn't paid
attention to the instructions in here, I never would be at the skill
level I am today, or at least nowhere near as quickly and safely. |
