However if Nicks superdooperuberloops or Orbitals are to be practiced we would recommend oval twist chain as ball chain can be weakened by such routines.

ohh and i noticed that the ball chain has a very high temperature gradient, which really helps when you mess up: that means, not the whole chain is hot, but cooling down very quickly. when the chain tangled up my wrist (happenend once when my attention shifted), i got only burned for the lengths of two-three balls, then the chain was not hot enough anymore... a friend of mine studying physics was really amazed by this and told me they are constructed so that exactly this happens!!
