A strong Stainless Steel ball chain cord. However if Nicks superdooperuberloops or Orbitals are to be practiced we would recommend oval twist chain as ball chain can be weakened by such routines.

120 pound strength 5/16 inch (8mm) ball chain. Complete with nylon handles.
Stainless steel quick links finish this universal cord set ready for attachment of GLOW sticks, practice balls, beaming balls or tube core FIRE heads.

To order measure total length of ball chain cord needed including handle.
Note: POI head or GLOWstick will add an extra 4 to 6 inches (100-150mm) to overall length of completed POI set.

So...The measurement you select will be from top of the finger loops to the bottom of the quick link.
