I haven't watched the whole thing but what I have watched I think is totally awesome, informative, and perfect. I had already read about the Pele accident on a forum. I thought that what happened to her was completely horrible, but a very good example about fire safety. I emailed a copy of it to everyone I know that does any type of juggling art. Now that I have the DVD I can show it as a tool to help prepare my team, for our upcoming performance, to respect the flame! I love the DVD already and think that it is completely awesome that you sent it free of charge to make sure that people are safe out there. Keep up the great work, and Thanks for everything!
 

A Company that cares

Home of Poi is a company that cares about their customers. I took advantage of getting the free "Backyard spinners' guide to fire" DVD which includes fire safety and a sobering interview with Pele reminding everyone that this art should be practiced with caution. Most other companies just throw in an obligatory safety caution once they've made their sales, but Home of Poi goes the extra mile. Also on the DVD is a very inspiring and uplifting video on a fire twirler named Sage.

Shipping time was phenomenal and the courtesy follow up is another sign of a company that puts customer service first.

This dvd should be watched by everyone, regardless of whether they do fire or not simply for the inspirational Sage featurette! If you do fire twirling or are thinking of doing it, watch this dvd before you do anything else. It's important that everyone who dances with fire in any way is aware of all the possible safety precautions. It only takes one slight moment of distraction to cause a serious injury to yourself or someone else. Nobody wants that responsibility so watch this dvd and cover all your bases!
