It is rare to find a book where the reader is so openly invited to take a stroll around the author's psyche. In Emails from (Over?) the Edge, Nick Woolsey, with his blunt honesty and guileless humour, reflects upon his life in this easy to read, yet deeply moving book. Nick candidly travels between humiliation and personal triumph, reflecting on both his surreal experiences on the road and long periods of depressive inaction. A book that shouldn't be read, but experienced, Email's from (Over?) the Edge hits life's truths at point-bank range. :)

Reading 'Emails from Over the Edge' was a unique experience for me. It was both an affirmation and a reminder that there is no beginning or end to what goes on inside and outside--that events that are vivid in the moment change significance through time and reinterpretation.
