Nick's amazing book 'E-mails from over the Edge - confessions of a cyber-visionary'.
Join Nick and his zany friends on a real life adventure to yoga ashrams, tree planting camps, the tops of mountains, Burning Man Festival, and other weird places found only in North America and the minds of young artists. Believe it or not, Nick is as good at writing as he is with poi spinning.
 | Written in a very easy to read manner.
| | Find out about one of the spinning community's most well known figures.
| | This story will resonate with people suffering from depression and has been known to help sufferers cope better with their own situation. |
I had known Nick a few months via e-mail and phone calls and I thought I knew him pretty well, but when I read his book I was blown away and I have a new respect for him and what he has achieved. I really recommend this book to ANYONE, but especially to people who want to learn a little more about life and how to cope with it, and anyone who is suffering from or knows someone suffering from depression. A book that shouldn't be read, but experiencedReviewer: Phai from United StatesIt is rare to find a book where the reader is so openly invited to take a
stroll around the author's psyche. In Emails from (Over?) the Edge, Nick
Woolsey, with his blunt honesty and guileless humour, reflects upon his life
in this easy to read, yet deeply moving book. Nick candidly travels between
humiliation and personal triumph, reflecting on both his surreal experiences
on the road and long periods of depressive inaction. A book that shouldn't
be read, but experienced, Email's from (Over?) the Edge hits life's truths
at point-bank range. :)
A great readReviewer: Katherine from United StatesReading 'Emails from Over the Edge' was a unique experience for me. It was
both an affirmation and a reminder that there is no beginning or end to what
goes on inside and outside--that events that are vivid in the moment change
significance through time and reinterpretation. By opening up his life so
candidly to our examination and reflection, Nic gives us the opportunity
reflect upon our own life and know that we are not alone in our journey.
