I love my LED glow poi!! They are rather bright. All my friends think they are awesome! I have been spinning for less than a year and didn't know if I was ready for something like this. I am SO glad I got these!! They are a lot better than glow sticks and don't hurt as much! If you are considering these, GET THEM!
