Reviewer: Spring Johnston from United States Although full of beginner's, intermediate, and even difficult moves, this book isn't just for regular poisters. There are sections for other types of poi, fire and sock for example. I am very pleased with the advice and guidance this book shares. It has helped me recognize my bad habits of spinning poi, and given very good advice to fixing them and then solidifying good ones.

fantastic!
Reviewer: Cory R-j from United States Bought a pair of these as my first ever set of LEDs, and they've turned out to be everything I wanted and more. Superb color and luminocity, as well as weight, make these a great choice for performances, and the fact that they are about as hard as a tennis ball makes spinning much more comfortable in that: a) youd have to TRY to break these and b) newbies like myself can smack ourselves around a bit and keep on spinning ;)
how fab are these?
Reviewer: Emma Fountain Hewitt from United Kingdom I'll tell you how fab these are - They are suitable for a beginner as they don't hurt that much when you wrap them round the back of your head nor do they go out when you hit the ground/your teeth with force - they are fantastic - beautiful to watch, even to just sit and look at - especially when switched on!
