I watched the whole dvd through once so far. It is very thorough, definitely covers many basics including warmup, stretching and self-care. I can't wait to practice again!

Excellent Intro to Fire Safety

I have been fortunate to get involved with an established fire performing troupe. Even though they had taught me most of this information, I still found this video informative. Particularly the interview with Pele. It is a perfect example of the danger and risk, not only to ourselves, but those around us when we work with fire. This segment alone makes the video worth watching, especially for professionals that might have become a little complacent in their safety routine. Nothing sends the message home like a personal account of exactly what can go wrong. It is something that I plan to watch regularly to keep it fresh in my mind.
