Before I even bought anything from this site, I had a question about one of the products. I was able to send an email and got a quick and very helpful response from a REAL person instead of just an automated response. Then after I did make my purchase, the products arrived at my house in the US injust over a week DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON.
