My first real experience with support was after one of my LED balls had an issue. Chris walked me through some suggestions and took care of the situation for me getting me back to spinning ASAP. i was really impressed at the speedy delivery my poi arrived a week earlier then they were quoted! The pendulum poi are FABTASTIC!!!!!! they make u work harder on your planes and encourage you to do contact and wraps and throwing. Which i havent even thought about doing untill now! the bag is very handy too and the metallic purple is gorgeous, ive been getting lots of complements (well the poi have)Thank you HOP it is a pleasure as always :)

HoP is the best company I have ever dealt with for shipping and customer service. I think this shows a true respect for their customers.
