I could tell immediately that this is a company that cares about its customers. After my third order, I was offered a "frequent shopper" discount which I was thrilled about. Kevlar wick is hard to find and expensive... not to mention the shipping from New Zealand to the US. They also offered me more money if I put a link to them on my website for every sale they make that was referred by me. I wish I could get my website up and running!!! Every order has been shipped very rapidly and I have come to be able to count on this company. Anyway, I am very pleased with the products and the service and I will definitely order from Home of Poi again in the future!

Yet Home of Poi have satisfied me completedly with the fire poi i purchased. they came from New Zealand to Thailand in 9 days, which is lucky because the anticipation may have killed me otherwise. I was not let down. They are nice and heavy, the chain is solid as and easy to manipulate and the wicks are FAT!!
