Reviewer: Andrew Fleming from United Kingdom I ordered a spare set of these ball chains for my fire heads and forgot to stipulate the handle types so consequently single loops were going to be sent as the default. Upon realising this i emailed homeofpoi informing them, and within half an hour i received an email telling me everything had been corrected for me. A fantastic service and superiour products as always!!!
