I ordered a spare set of these ball chains for my fire heads and forgot to stipulate the handle types so consequently single loops were going to be sent as the default. Upon realising this i emailed homeofpoi informing them, and within half an hour i received an email telling me everything had been corrected for me. A fantastic service and superiour products as always!!!

These double-looped handles are the bomb! They are much better thanthe simple synthetic ones. They bring strength and comodity to the swing-performer, aswell as a little extra heviness to the poi, causing a slight counterweight in the whole set. I specially used them for my LEDs, but I also use them for my regular poi. The couple of extra dollars are definitely worth it!
