Had them for a bit now, and they still look pretty new. The lustre of the metal doesnt appear to have faded at all. Have yet to use them with fire though.
There are rarely issues with them coming undone (unlike some other quicklinks where you have to check them every few minutes) and once tightened - they stay tightened! No need to fear a poi head coming off.

Reviewer: Tymoteusz Wikar from United States If you are using FIRE (hehe) or LED poi I STRONGLY reccomend the quick links. They're fast and easy to use plus they don't stretch like split rings. If you are a serious spinner then upgrade to these ASAP if you haven't already done so. Happy spinning!

These spin so smooth and keep your poi from twisting, which can throw off your planes. These are very strong and an amazing price compared to similar things at fishing shops in my area.
