The best learning resource other than a teacher

This book is brilliant. The text is concise and easy to understand; the illustrations are clear and the moves numerous. You can see exactly what the poi are supposed to be doing at any point in the move.

I guarantee that you will be able to learn moves from this book. The only thing better than this is learning directly from a poi teacher - such as Michal herself, perhaps.

I bought these as my starter set, and have so far found them great. The detachable tails mean you can practise easily, and then when you want to spice things up a bit, you can add the tails to add some flair and finesse to your swinging. A great all round set with pretty colours too!

These look so good spinning! They are durable with just the right amount of weight. The velvcro tail attachment is perfect for easy removal and attachment of the tails. I don't regret the purchase!
