I'm a complete beginner at fire staff and within my first few afternoons of practising, I'd already got to grips with many of the moves explained in this tutorial, thanks to the clear explanations and useful close ups. Getting the Sage documentary was a REAL bonus, and you can't help but be inspired by her performances and her views on life. All in all a really enjoyable DVD and worth every penny spent!

Reviewer: Dan from Australia very good staff training video, the intructor is standign on some kind of watertank with a nice country background and that makes it all teh more relaxing to watch and it is hoghly entertaining. definately recommended for people that cant get lessons in real life becase of lack of classes.
