It's a pleasure dealing with "Home of Poi" because their customer service is fast, friendly and totally transparent. Although I live in Canada which is half way around the world from New Zealand, my orders always arrive within a week ... which is amazing! And importantly, they do a really good job of keeping in touch with me during the order cycle by quickly sending an email to confirm each order and by providing a web link (single click) to see the status of my order at any time. It's marvelous! Home of Poi's Web-based order desk provides clear visibility so that I always know the status of my order. I contacted the support people of HOP because I was not sure what exactly I wanted in my first poi rigs. But after a short chat with one of the customer service people I decided this is the set for me. HOP customers service is simply one of the best I have ever had from an online vender of any product. Great job and a big thank you to the HOP staff. They told me that my item would take about 2 weeks to get from them to me here in the USA. It is Christmas time and they said 2 weeks. I got my poi in less then 10 days. That is amazing how fast they shipped and got here in no time. I was hoping to have them by New Years and I received them today.
HOP is where I will be ordering from again.
