I ordered the set of Ultra Poi with DVD (from Canada) as a gift for my family and was AMAZED at how quickly they arrived! The emails letting us know that the package had been shipped and the follow up emails are superior customer service! The Ultra Poi is great for beginners and the instructional DVD is easy to follow. We will continue to order more products from Home of Poi as we advance to higher levels of Happy Poi twirling!
