Home of Poi has set a standard I have yet to see from any company in the States. They are showing us Americans what customer service and support really is. Most web based companies are very impersonal. However, when I shop on this sight I know there are real people on the other end that truly care to make sure I recieve quality products at a reasonable price. Great job!!!

Fantastic service with lightning quick processing and delivery, even though I'm in the states. Very friendly emails, and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process.
