also you can put the "drag across" part behind your head! no joke. it seems to work better with the forwards butterfly direction but reverse works too. so play with making the star vs extension, with the drag across part behind your head and play with same time opposites putting the drags across behind your head. if you want a video just ask

try putting split time opposite stars into plane bends. sick stuff. if you want a video just ask
