B=Back-grip F= Front-grip
Same, meaning hand-rolling on the same side my arm is.
Opp, meaning hand-rolling on the opposite side of my body, like a crosser.
Back grip
Downward spin
Same =B2F
Opp = B2B
Upwards spin
Same = B2B
Opp = B2F
Front grip
Downward spin
Same = F2F
Opp = F2B
Upwards spin
Same = F2B
Opp = F2F
