Backward swing

Again, start swinging them in the direction shown. Take special note how you swing the Poi with the palms of your hands only facing up and forwards.
Tips/Hints: Remember if you swing with your palms facing each other the Poi will come in together and cross, tangle or hit you in the head. Ouch! So always keep you palms facing up and forward when swinging backwards.
Pretend to scoop up air from in front of you as the Poi passes past your legs.
