Butterfly flowers + turns

Also known as.. -Butterfly Flower
Tips/Hints: -Learn the reverse flower first.
-Try making your heads overlap on the vertical positions.
-Try to keep your arms straight.
-Hold the staff with your thumb and index finger so that your planes are cleaner.
Turning:
-When your arms are going between the vertical position and the horizontal position, turn 90 degrees to face the wall plane.
-Now when your arms are going to the vertical position again, turn another 90 degrees to face the wheel plane on your other side.
-Once you understand this, try doing the turn as one fluid motion.
