Same Direction Flowers

Also known as.. -Compound spin flowers.
Tips/Hints: -The staff switches between inside and outside plane, the horizontal positions are inside plane,
and the vertical positions are outside plane.
-The end the points towards your shoulder also changes- pinky end in the vertical positions, and the thumb end in the horizontal positions.
-Keep your arms straight, and grip the staff with the thumb and index finger so your flowers end up cleaner.
