An Angel roll is a Halo roll extended so that it rolls down your arms to enter and exit.
Tips/Hints: When releasing the staff you want the staff to have more roll than spin i.e. dont spin the staff really fast when you enter.
The staff only does one rotation (360 degrees) from hand to hand. When it gets to your neck remember that its an extended Halo roll so you need to turn with the staff in order for it to roll onto your next arm.
