Chase Flowers

A chase flower is a flower where the poi spin in the same direction, and the arms spin the same direction as the poi. If you're having difficulty keeping the poi in the wheel planes, especially when you're back, rotate the trunk of your body by stepping back.
Tips/Hints: Stepping back opens up your hips. Step back with the leg that is on the side of the arm that is back
Additional notes: The timing changes are done on purpose.

so are the poi spinning forward as well as your arms (ie the opposite to anti-spin flower)
